The house rules are simple. We want you to LOVE it here! We want you to feel like this is your home away from home. We hope you will return year after year.
Check in is 1 PM. Check out is 1 PM. If you need a later check out, just text us.
Quiet(ish) hours are 10pm-6am. Have fun! You won't bother us. Please be respectful of our neighbors when outside late.
CLEANING: No one wants to clean on vacation ... so we only ask the following:
1. Please treat our home like you would want someone to treat yours.
2. Please hang any wet towels.
4. Please place all trash in an outside bin. Bins are located in the front on the left side of the house. When full or upon checkout please roll bin to edge of driveway on hard surface and least 3 ft from nearest object. City pickup is Tues & Fri mornings.
5. Please notify us if anything needs to be repaired or replaced.
